  Its Starbooks. Coffee is good all other Average with Starbooks price. Staff is OK,do there Job and very Friendly if approached directly. even good Wifi

  I'd give this a zero if I could. Expect 20-30 minutes wait for your drink if you come here during the summer. Try drive-thru because they seem to be prioritizing the drive-thru orders over walk in customers. The bathroom is always a mess the few times I've been here. I always order a Green Tea Frappe and they can always find ways to mess it up. I've had Cinnamon flavored green tea, watered down flavored green tea, chunky ice green tea. The few times I've been here, it's because I thought they were the only Starbucks in town. I have since found out there's one in Kmart. I might give them a try next time.

  Something has happened to this place in the past few months. It seems to be in a state of chronic disorganization. Stopping in a month ago, I had my order simply "lost", and watched a stream of drive-in customers get their stuff while walk-ins waited endlessly. This time, I watched a couple with kids get promised twice that their order was "coming" (it wasn't), until they finally got agitated enough to ask to see the manager, who was conveniently absent. Once again, walk-in orders were getting shoved behind the drive-ins. I have never seen a Starbucks so poorly run.
